Michael Martin

Michael J. Martin, CFA, MAI specializes in commercial and investment real estate in the Cherry Creek area of Denver, and the best commercial and investment properties outside of Cherry Creek.  Mr. Martin has 7 years experience in commercial real estate brokerage and 38 years experience in commercial/investment real estate consulting, valuation, and appraisal work. He has been involved with a wide variety of commercial and investment real estate during his career, but is known for his expertise in office, medical and senior housing property investments. Mike has completed over $50 million in commercial-investment real estate brokerage transactions and $9 million in commercial real estate leases on behalf of landlords or tenants. Mr. Martin and his family live in the Cherry Creek area of Denver. Mr. Martin is actively involved in various non-profit organizations including Mercy Multiplied, Boy Scouts, Junior Achievement, and The Cherry Creek North Business Improvement District.
